Germany is one of the four nations currently in World of Warplanes. There are two lines to choose from, Heavy Fighters and Fighters. By the end of the WWII, Germany had the second most powerful air force in Europe, behind Great Britain. Their main fighter was the BF 109 and their main heavy fighter was the BF 110. Because they were so close to the other countries, they did not need a heavy/long range bomber.
German planes, have a naturally high climb rate. That's because the German planes are energy fighters, meant to use their climb rates and altitude to strike the enemy fast and with little retaliation. German planes also have higher firepower than most, sometimes being armed with the brutal fast-firing MK 108 30mm cannon, which complements their performance traits.
German fighters, while only average in the mobility department and having a small optimum speed enveloppe, more than make up for it with their climb rates and firepower, especially with the Bf 109 series. The 109s can also be upgraded with gunpods, sacrificing mobility and speed for even greater firepower.
German heavy fighters possibly have the highest climb rates along with some of the highest firepower in-game for their respective tiers, but they sacrifice a lot of mobility and consequently, every plane short of a ground attack plane can turn better than them. The German heavy fighters also have access to large bombs, allowing them to take out an HQ and even tailgaters in a cinch, although this restricts their speed and mobility even more.
